EDEY FX’s Light Tactical Trailer (LTT) was designed to provide enhanced mobility and versatility for military, search and rescue, and law enforcement operations. The LTT offers unsurpassed off-road capabilities to keep pace with modern, high speed military UTVs.
Trailers can be configured on a per order basis to incorporate common mechanical components from the tow vehicle (e.g. tires, brakes, wheel hubs)
Maximized Storage Capacity
EDEY FX’s innovative support trailer maximizes storage and flexibility for lightweight tactical teams. The Light Tactical Trailer (LTT) features a sizable internal area for heavier cargo, an upper deck with removable panels, removable side walls, two side compartments and a folding tail gate. The lower compartment and upper deck utilize aviation track for cargo tie down.
12″ of Suspension Travel
The light tactical trailer features independent trailing arms supported by coilover shocks with adjustable rebound dampening and spring pre-loaders. An unsurpassed 30.5cm (12”) of wheel travel and 33cm / 13” of ground clearance at GVW allow the LTT to keep pace with modern high speed off road UTVs. The load capacity and ride height can be tuned according to the desired payload.
Sling Loadable and Tie Down
The trailer is fitted with four lift and tie down rings for air transportability internal to an aircraft, sling loadable and parachute air droppable. Ring sizing was designed for compliance with MIL-STD-209K. The trailer’s ultra narrow width of 152cm / 59.75″ allows air transportability in aircraft such as the V-22 Osprey.
