The EDEY FX Rapid-Deploy Command Post (RDCP) enhances tactical trailers with a modular, mission-ready shelter system. Designed for adaptability in the field, it supports a wide range of operational roles including communications, electronic warfare, and mobile command. Its lightweight structure integrates seamlessly with EDEY FX trailers without compromising mobility or transportability. With configurable dimensions and system loadouts, the RDCP delivers a compact, self-contained workspace that’s ready when you are.
TRANSPORTABLE
The EDEY FX Rapid-Deploy Command Post (RDCP) is a lightweight, trailer-mounted shelter system that transforms a Light Tactical Trailer (LTT) into a mobile workspace for command, communications, or electronic systems in any operational environment. When stored, the RDCP can withstand speeds of 80 km/h / 50mph in harsh off-road conditions.
DEPLOY IN MINUTES
The RDCP rapidly deploys from its compact 8.9 cm (3.5″) stowed profile to a full operational height of 102.9 cm (40.5″). Once partially lifted, gas struts engage, effortlessly raising the roof to its full extension. Triangulated support arms then lock into place without tools, providing structural stability. A single operator can complete the entire deployment in a matter of minutes.
WEATHERPROOF ENCLOSURE
The aluminum roof functions as a conductive ground plane for antennas and electronic systems. Zip-on canvas walls attach around the perimeter to form a weather-sealed enclosure. Inside, the RDCP can be configured with operator seating, batteries, communications gear, and generator units, supporting both covert and active mission operations in any environment.
